Full Plate Diet Weight Loss Program
Are you eating enough to lose weight? Created by the doctors who wrote The Full Plate Diet from the Lifestyle Center of America will begin Monday, January 9.
How to lose weight and never feel hungry and keep weight off for good!
Co-author, Dr. Diana Fleming, says the program helps individuals identify foods they need to eat more of to lose weight. “I know it sounds strange, but most people are not eating enough to lose weight,” says Dr. Fleming. “People are tickled to find out how they can lose weight and never feel hungry.”
The program will also unveil the tools that can help you keep the weight off for good. “This is not a flash-in-the-pan diet,” remarks Dr. Fleming. “The problem for most people isn’t figuring out how to lose weight, it’s how to keep it off.” According to Dr. Fleming, 8 out 10 people who lose weight will gain it all back. “There are good reasons why most people gain all their weight back, but once you help someone understand those reasons and better yet how to avoid them in the first place, it can make all the difference in the world.”
