Calcium Absorbtion

Q. In what form is calcium best absorbed?

Calcium carbonate is the hard mineral calcium in sea shells, or the build up of calcium on pipes. This kind of calcium is recommended  by some commercial groups as being the best. To answer your question, actually plant based calcium is much better absorbed, such as found in kale, collards, beets, seeds, beans and nuts. This is the healthiest calcium. Also many doctors are de-emphasizing supplemental calcium, because it may cause harm to the arteries. If one does take supplemental calcium it is best to take calcium citrate, which is better absorbed than calcium carbonates. Also too much mineral calcium may build up as stones in the urinary tract system. If a person is taking calcium for a medical condition that should be discussed with their physician.

Authorizing something doesn’t means that you will leave everything behind. You need mostly to work on things that are common on and you will love to see that people are still working on it.
