Q. What’s the best time and way to break a fast?

Secondly, not knowing your medical history, purpose or type of fasting you are considering, most of us break fast each morning (no pun intended)! Generally, if you are already on a whole plant foods-based diet, eat slowly and chew your food well. Do not overeat.
