Ginkgo Biloba and Alzheimer’s Disease

Q. Does Ginkgo Biloba help prevent Alzheimer's disease?

In my opinion, long term use of Ginko Balboa is not the best way of preventing Alzheimer's disease. The reason is that although it may increase blood flow temporarily to the brain, it does not address the problems that are caused by inflammation, nor does it prevent inflammation. So in my mind it has limited use. However, if one is following all the health principles of NEWSTART, I would not condemn it as long as research shows no adverse side effects.

Is there a connection between dry eye and sinus problems with allergies? I seem to find when I have chronic sinus I also have chronic dry eye syndrome. Sometimes they have both disappeared.
