Instructions

  1. Start with a large platter and arrange your Deli Slices rolled up with a fancy fringed toothpick.
  2. Lightly steam your asparagus. When cool, arrange on your platter.
  3. Cut your variety of peppers into strips and arrange on your platter.

The key is to make it colorful and bountiful. If you prefer, you may place everything on a bed of Romaine or Red Bib Lettuce. We like to serve this with a cruet of Delicious Dressing on the side.
