Avocado and Red Onion Salsa

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado and tomato into ¼ inch pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and allow the flavors to blend for a least 24 hours.

Will keep for a week in the refrigerator.

    for a whole week in the refrigerator., will not oxidation thing affect it?

    Any fruit or vegetable begins to oxidize after it is peeled or cut into . The citrus juice added helps to slow down that process .
