  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Place in sprayed 9 × 13 pan.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.

    I have tried a similar recipe using steel cut oats.  It is delicious.  This recipe has more fruit and is probably as equally delicious.  Would like to know the calorie per serving.

    This recipe looks really good, but I have questions:
    1. Are the apples supposed to be shredded?
    2. 6 tbsp of coconut?  coconut milk? shredded     coconut?  dried coconut?
    3. chopped dates?

    I make this regularly. We find it irresistible. I range the recipe every time barely. as opposed to cramberries, I’ve put in cherries, blueberries, chopped apples, tired canned peaches or sparkling whilst in season. I additionally use olive oil or canola oil, eliminate the butter and add applesauce, and decrease the sugar by using 1/2 to make it healthier.
