Better Than “Cheese” Ball

Instructions

  1. Soak tapioca in water until soft.
  2. Blend tofu and lemon juice together.
  3. Add water if needed to blend mixture.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  5. Cook until thickened thoroughly, about 30 minutes.
  6. Pour into a mold of your choice or shape into a ball.

Serve with crackers.

    Is it to be cooked 30 minutes in double boiler or on burner.  30 minutes seems like a long time for such a thick mixture.  Thanks for any additional info.

    Hello Ann . I noticed that it doesn’t mention a double boiler , but it probably would work better in a double boiler . If using a regular saucepan or small pot I would keep it on low heat so as not to dry it out.
