Blackberry Cobbler

Instructions

  1. In a 9×13 pan, layer oats, pineapple, dates and berries.
  2. Repeat (Making two layers)
  3. Pour apple juice and sprinkle granola evenly over the dish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º F.
  5. Serve hot – either plain or with coconut milk.
  6. Can be refrigerated overnight before baking

    Looks delicious- blackberries are my very favorite.  I can’t wait to try it out with my homemade granola!

    I’d love to try this recipe. I wonder if blueberries will work for this recipe.

    I’m sure blueberries or any combination of berries would work great, having made something similar.
    Since I’m allergic to oats, I’m wondering if I could substitute barley?  Spelt berries?

    Looks delicious. Can it be possible to substitute with any other berries, like blueberries or strawberries.

    I concur with Michelle. Either blueberries or strawberries would be equally delicious in this recipe served in the the Weimar Cafeteria

    This sounds delicious but is probably not diabes friendly.

    Because cobbler is mostly fruit and fruit juice, it would not be appropriate as a main dish for someone trying to control diabetes.
