- Add first three ingredients into a sauce pan.
- When dates are soft, and carob mixture looks glossy pour into blender and add other ingredients.
- Blend all until smooth
- Pour into a bowl. Will thicken as it cools.
This is wonderful poured over soy ice cream for a different version of the “Hot Fudge Sundae”.
Also, try dipping strawberries into the sauce for a beautiful presentation.
