Carob Sauce

Instructions

  1. Add first three ingredients into a sauce pan.
  2. When dates are soft, and carob mixture looks glossy pour into blender and add other ingredients.
  3. Blend all until smooth
  4. Pour into a bowl. Will thicken as it cools.

This is wonderful poured over soy ice cream for a different version of the “Hot Fudge Sundae”.

Also, try dipping strawberries into the sauce for a beautiful presentation.
