Corn Chowder

Instructions

  1. Simmer potatoes, celery, and onion in water until almost done. Add garlic, salt and corn.
  2. Continue simmering until vegetables are soft. Add milk. Heat thoroughly but do not boil.
  3. In a blender, process 3 cups of soup until creamy.
  4. Add back to the rest of the soup. Add dill and celery seed to taste. Serve warm.

    I just received this recipe today on FB and it sounded good.  I made it for supper and my husband and I both thought it was very good.  The only addition I made was I added 2 Tbs. of vegetarian McKay’s Chicken Seasoning to the liquid.  I didn’t have celery seed so I used celery salt.  I will definitely make it again.  Debbie
