Cranberry Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a heavy sauce pan, bring first 3 ingredients to a boil, add the cranberries, then reduce the heat.
  2. Boil the mixture gently for 5 to 10 minutes, until the skins pop.
  3. Remove from heat when thick.
  4. Let cool slightly before adding the grated orange peel.
  5. Chill.

Serves 12.

    Delicious!!  I couldn’t find the raspberry passion juice so used apple raspberry.  Pomegranate overpowered it.
