Pour soy milk into sauce pan and add other ingredients.
- Stir ingredients in the pan and heat to a bubble.
- Make a thin paste of:
½ cup water
½ cup unbleached white flour
Stir until completely smooth.
- Add thin paste mixture to the heated soy milk and seasoning mixture.
- Stir as the milk continues to heat to a bubble again.
- Add 2 c. of frozen peas and stir until they are heated through.
- Salt to taste.
Serve over hot biscuits, mashed potatoes or toast.
