A tasty, creamy dish that makes an excellent side dish on a cold day. It cooks pretty quickly as well.
- Cook potatoes in 1 cup water with 1⁄2 teaspoon salt for 10-15 minutes.
Add blended cream sauce and gently stir until thick.
- Add the peas and serve hot.
Variation: Make with 2 cups carrots instead of peas. Dice the carrots about half the size of the potatoes and cook with the potatoes with 1 cup diced onion if desired.
Ready in about: 20-30 minutes
