Instructions

  1. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
  2. Mix water and salt and place in a sprayer or shallow bowl.
  3. Lightly spray tortillas or dip them into salted water.
  4. Spread them on a baking sheet and toast at 300 degrees until crispy. Serves 15.

    Great idea!  I baked the chips for 15 minutes at 300 degrees, on the lower rack, than I turned off the oven and let the chips sit in the oven for another 15 minutes.  Very crispy and hammy!  Thanks.
