This doesn’t seem to be Newstart friendly with all that oil.

Ohhh, this looks delicious!  Perfect recipe for Blood Type A…the olive oil is very beneficial for this blood type!!  I can’t wait to try it as I have been looking for a dressing recipe without the “AVOID” vinegar!!

My comment concerned the 2/3 cup olive oil.  I have been to Newstart three times and they didn’t use oil at all.  I just don’t understand.  Has the program changed that much?????

I understand that oil is a refined food and depresses the immune system as does refined sugar, causes the liver to produce extra cholesterol, coats the starches so that they are not digested as well, adds extra calories and is not best for reversing and preventing diabetes and other lifestyle diseases.

I know that Newstart has better recipes than this. With all of the oil that this one contains I am surprised that this one is even listed here. I come to this place to find recipes that are safe for me to fix and serve to others who want to eat safe foods. Someone needs to change this one out and add the other good dressings that Newstart has or, like the above comments state with the questioning of the ingredients, people will start to wonder about the program and therefore Newstarts mission will be compromised!

The body does require some oils to help the temporal lobe and depression I am given to understand.
