Fish Sticks

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions and celery in little water, until clear.
  2. Add to rest of ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
  3. Form into logs.
  4. Roll in breadcrumbs and place on cookie sheet.
  5. May be flattened into patties.
  6. Bake @ 375°F 30 min and serve with tartare sauce.
