Flaxseed Bars

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 c. seeds at a time, to a fine consistency.
  2. Mix all items gradually, adding the ground seeds.
  3. Place onto 11×15 sprayed cookie sheet. Roll smooth or use hands to press.
  4. Score into 1 ½ inch pieces. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Keep in refrigerator. May freeze.

    figure out the calories/fat/carb’s by x the amt. in recipe w/serv. amt. on all food labels. Then divide by servings= cal./fat/carb per bar. Btw-it is the healthy fat- good for the brain and heart-omega-3!
