These patties hold together well. You may add other ingredients such as cooked rice, corn kernels, chopped spinach, black bean, etc.
- Mix dry ingredients in medium size bowl.
- Stir in carrots and onion.
- In blender, process tofu and Liquid Aminos until smooth and creamy. Add tofu to bowl, stirring to mix well.
- Form into patties. Brown slowly (275º) in non-stick skillet or bake in 400º oven till brown.
