Instructions

  1. Blend cashews with about ½ cup of water until very smooth.
  2. Add remaining water and other ingredients and continue blending until very smooth.
  3. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.

Yields: 2 cups or 32 servings.

NOTE: For well cooked cornmeal prepare 1/2 c. dry fine cornmeal cooked with 1 c. salted water
