To make biscuits, muffins, cornbread or any other quick breads that are not made with yeast you can substitute the following mixture for the flour in the recipe cup for cup.

    This looks wonderful, I can’t wait to try it but I don’t have a way to grind grains right now. My VitaMix is gone, does anyone know if the Ninja Kitchen system is a worthy investment for this?

    EnerG all natural Xanthan Gum.  What does “all natural” mean exactly?  It does not mean organic or healthful.  The ingredient listed is Xanthan Gum, which is manufactured from corn.  Most corn comes from Monsanto’s GMO patented seeds, unless it’s organic corn.

    Corn is combined with a bacteria to make Xanthan Gum.

    Hi Carolyn, I recently heard about nutribullet. It does grind grains and seeds according to this website http://www.nutribullet.com/ I am getting one very soon :) I hope this helps.
