Makes about 4 cups.

NOTE: The food processor makes all this chopping and mincing faster. Add tomatoes last so they won’t over process

    for the sour taste can we use vinegar instead of lime?

    You may use vinegar, but it is a less healthy choice and you would not have the fresh taste lemon or lime juice supplies.
