Instructions

  1. Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, and carob in one bowl.
  2. In separate bowl cream together the Sucanat® and soy margarine.
  3. Beat in the water.
  4. Alternately add milk and dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
  5. Mix thoroughly after each addition.
  6. Add vanilla, Roma®, and maple flavoring.
  7. Oil and flour a 9”x 13” cake pan.
  8. Pour in Batter.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
