- Prepare rice in a cooker and set aside.
- Heat oil or water in pan.
- Add mustard seeds and when they start to split, add chilies.
- After 1 minute, add lentils, chick peas, peanuts, and turmeric.
- After 1 minute, or when this mixture becomes brown in color,
- Add prepared rice to the pan.
- Mix well and add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
This is very good with soy yogurt.
