An excellent substitute for Campbell’s Mushroom Soup.
- In a blender, process 1 cup water and cashews until very smooth and creamy. (Check to be sure there is no gritty feeling to the mixture.)
- Add Liquid Aminos, cornstarch, remainder of the water and mushroom juice and blend well.
- Add drained mushrooms and pulse blender quickly one time to mince mushrooms.
- Pour gravy into a saucepan. Heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
