Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour onto cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Score for crackers.
  3. Continue baking at 350° F until very light brown.
  4. Remove crackers from outer edges as they brown to prevent burning.

    If I were to use oat flour, instead of blending the oatmeal, would the ratio be the same? (1 water: 1 oat flour)

    I baked the oat crackers.  Wonderful. They came out perfect. Nice to have something crunchy. Thanks.  CH
