Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or with a whisk.
  2. Pour onto hot griddle or nonstick pan, being careful not to stir down the bubbles.

  3. Bake until pancakes are golden brown on each side.

Ready in: about 15 minutes

Makes: 8-10 pancakes

    I tried this pancake recipe just recently and was very disappointed with the results. The pancakes would not cook well, but turned out mushy. The recipe details are sketchy, and it may be possible that I did something wrong. The recipe states that enough oats should be added “for batter consistency.” Everyone’s idea of that is different. Maybe a more exact measurement would be helpful. Detailed cooking directions would be helpful too, such as how hot the cooking surface should be, and how long the pancakes should be cooked. I tried cooking them at different temperatures for different lengths of time, and I never got them to set up well. They definitely did not look like the picture!

    Very excited to try this 10 day meal plan.  Not sure if I do this exactly or if I add the fruits and vegetables on the side with the morning and noon meals?

    Is there a recipe I missed? I don’t see oats in this one at all??
    Can honey be used rather than agave?
