A rich, creamy sauce perfect for noodles or spaghetti and lightly steamed fresh vegetables.
- In a blender place tofu, salt, food yeast, garlic, shallot, lemon juice and onion powder to process until very smooth and creamy. Add milk to blender to mix well.
- Pour into saucepan and heat until hot and steamy. (Do not boil.)
- Stir in chopped parsley, saving some to use as garnish.
- Use sauce with cooked pasta. Sprinkle with pine nuts, if desired.
