Blueberry (or Peach) Crisp

Instructions

  1. Place fruit in 9 X 13” casserole dish.
  2. In a blender process juice, water, dates and flavoring until smooth. Add tapioca and pulse to mix. Pour sauce over fruit.
  3. Bake 350° for 25 minutes. Add granola or pie crust topping and bake another 10 minutes.

NOTE: Peach Variation: Substitute 6 cups peaches for blueberries, use peach juice concentrate and 1/4 teaspoon almond flavoring instead of allspice.

Serves 8.

    we do not understand all the oz and cups

    1 cup = 236.59 grams
    1 tsp = 4.2 grams

    It’s important to note that we are converting between units of volume (cup or tsp) to units of weight (grams)
