- Place fruit in 9 X 13” casserole dish.
- In a blender process juice, water, dates and flavoring until smooth. Add tapioca and pulse to mix. Pour sauce over fruit.
- Bake 350° for 25 minutes. Add granola or pie crust topping and bake another 10 minutes.
NOTE: Peach Variation: Substitute 6 cups peaches for blueberries, use peach juice concentrate and 1/4 teaspoon almond flavoring instead of allspice.
