Instructions

Mix the first two ingredients together and cook on low until it’s a spreadable consistency.

  1. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add 1 c. orange juice to dry ingredients to moisten.
  4. Spread ½ of this on a 9 × 12” baking dish and pat down.
  5. Spread the date and pineapple mixture on top.
  6. Crumble the remaining oatmeal mixture over the top and pat down lightly.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. or until lightly browned.
