Instructions

  1. Place the water into your saucepan.
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Let this come to a boil, then turn it down to a simmer and cook for about 20 minutes.

Hint: This ancient grain is a complete protein. We use this as the bed for our Veggie Kabobs.
