Roasted Red Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Place the seasonings into a large baggie and shake bag to mix thoroughly.
  2. Cut the potatoes into bite size chunks and drop into the baggie.
  3. Close baggie and give it some good shakes to coat all the potatoes with the seasonings.
  4. Use a large cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a non stick spray and spread the potatoes onto it.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees F.
