Canned beans aren't a typical go-to snack. But this recipe for canned chickpeas--roasted, toasted, and spiced--are a delicious crunchy, flavorful (and fiber-full) handful on-the-go.
- Preheat oven to 425F.
Toss chickpeas with oil and spices until evenly coated.
- Spread on a rimmed baking sheet and roast, shaking occasionally, until chickpeas are golden and crunchy (about 30 minutes).
Let cool completely, then store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
