Divide into equal portions, making balls about 1 inch.
Apply extra flour to each ball and roll into thin diskettes about 5 inches round.
Cook on griddle for ½ minute and flip over. If you have a gas stove, put on open flame and turn a couple of times until it puffs up. If you have an electric stove, keep rotis in your pan and press down on it with a crumpled up paper towel and it will puff up. It is done at this point.
