- Drain the water from the tofu, mash it in a bowl and set it aside.
- Then, place all the liquids and seasonings into a warmed non-stick skillet and mix well.
- Add the mushrooms and let them cook for a minute or two.
- After that, add the tofu and the red bell pepper, and stir everything together.
- Heat until all of the water is evaporated.
