Adding cilantro and lime to the basic, garlicky guacamole gives it the pizzazz to stand alone--as a topping for crispy tacos or tostadas, or as a dip.
- Slice the avocados in half length-wise.
- Dislodge the pits and use a large spoon to scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Sprinkle with lime juice, then mash the avocado with a large fork.
- Stir in the garlic, salt, cilantro, jalapeño, and chopped radishes.
- Serve immediately.
