- Blend all the ingredients except the sun-dried tomatoes and the dates.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes with the olive oil from the jar and pitted dates.
- Blend again.
- Spread a generous amount of this sauce on a large flour tortilla or pita bread that is filled with shredded raw or roasted veggies such as zucchini, cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and whatever other veggies suit your fancy.
