Whole Wheat Wraps for Burritos

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl pour whole wheat flour.
  2. Add Salt
  3. Stir in water
  4. Spoon into nonstick skillet, smooth out to thin circle with back of the spoon.
  5. Brown, flip, brown other side

NOTE: May use these wraps also for steamed vegetables, fill with scrambled tofu or as a crepe with fruit sauce filling etc.

    i have been wanting to try a recipe to make my own min. ingredients/easy sub. for the wraps that have a million items listed on the pkg. @ the store. and no refined white flour! use organic w wheat flour- and org. rye and oat or barley flour to make a multigrain wrap. the ratio should be 1 Cup w wheat flour; and 1/2 Cup rye; and 1/2 Cup oat or barley flour = 2 Cups total. if GF, try sub. GF oat flour and garbanzo flour-1/2 Cup each, and 1 Cup GF cert./organic brown rice flour. add to either recipe some brewers yeast for added nutrition-B-Vit. and amino acids- blocks that make up a complete protein.
