    Very informative.  I fall into the CCP category unfortunately its behind a desk 12-15 hours a day.  I used to power walk.  Since I stopped walking (over the couse of 11 years) I have gained 60 pounds and my resting heart rate is between 85 and 100.  I am a 53 female… Its time to take action.  Thanks for the wake up call. I would love to come to visit the facility and participate in the program but I don’t see that financially happening. Thanks again… Grace
