Last winter I was sick all the time.  In the Spring, I really started to listen to the Seventh Day Adventist health message.  I quit smoking, drink no alcohol and eat healthy low fat foods.  I no longer need blood pressure medicine, my blood sugar is down from 114 (pre-diabetic) to 93 (normal), and I have lost over 40 pounds.  God has helped me make lifestyle changes that I have tried to do on my own for years.  “I Can Do All Things Through Christ Who Strengthens Me”
