Hildelisa is a registered dietitian with a master of science degree in food science and human nutrition from the University of Florida. She is also a certified nutrition support clinician, a specialty that provides nutrition expertise for the critically ill. Hildelisa currently coordinates health evangelism curriculum for the Northeast Evangelism Training School. She has authored a series of health presentations called Health Bites and presents health talks in conjunction with her husband’s Bible Prophecy Seminars.
