    Thank you so much Dr. Orlich for the good information on osteoporosis.  It will surely inspire me to exercise more.  We are practically vegan now and have those vegetables in our diet almost daily and we also use lamb’s quarter and other edible greens in our backyard.  I do take Vit. D-3 caps 4000IU/day together with some calcium tabs 600 mg./day.
