Is the W.Bates method save for treating the eye condition like Myopia,
    Presobyopia, Glaucoma?

I have some DRUSEN on my retina, I am 70 years old and am told to take C-vitalux with omega 3 to prevent further damage (it is the dry type).  I eat 1 Tb flax seed daily and a vegan diet with carrots, orange, red grapefruit and greens (kale, red russian kale, collards, spinach or Swiss chard) EVERY DAY.  Should I take lutein with zeaxanthin 10 miligrams once or more daily too?  Or just increase my cooked carrots and greens daily?  I would rather not take the pills if I can avoid it.

Val, the W. Bates method is not a safe method per our Medical Director who is also an opthalmologist.
