    What is the best exercise for an obese person who has a lot of pain from osteoarthritis and has a hard time to even move?

    If a pool is available, water exercises would typically work best. However if that is not an option then consider non-weight bearing exercises such as a stationary bike or other sitting exercises. Isometric exercises can also be helpful especially for people who are at a very limited range of motion.
