    So I feel picky, but you might want to change ‘loose weight’ (used 3 times) to ‘lose’...

    I really enjoyed this lecture, however I’m a bit confused about one aspect.  Several years ago I attended Dr. Nedley’s depression seminar training sessions and Dr Nedley emphatically taught that there are ‘brain’ foods, especially in the context of battling depression.  I noticed that Dr. Nedley is the executive producer of this lecture, and wonder if his position has changed or if he and Mr. Brackett agree to disagree on this one point.  Again, I really appreciated this post.
